1. Returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty products

If you've received the wrong item, an item damaged during shipping, or a defective product, we'll happily offer a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return:

• Contact support@orthevia.co within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video.
• Our team will review your request within 5 working days and send you return instructions.

Refund or replacement:

• Approved returns include free return postage.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

2. Returns by customer choice (wrong selection, sizing error, expectations not met or change of mind)

• Timeframe: Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging (for hygiene reasons). Opened or visibly used items may only be partially refunded (up to 50% deduction) subject to assessment, or may be declined.
• Cost: Return postage is at your expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Store credit option

If your return doesn't meet the standard criteria but the item is unused and in its original condition, we may be able to offer store credit (assessed on a case-by-case basis).

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

• Contact: Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and briefly describe your concern. Our support team can help with usage tips or offer a quick exchange.
• Options: We reserve the right to offer various solutions such as partial refunds or device exchanges. If you're still not satisfied, you may return the product.
• Returns: Return postage is at your own cost. Refund of the product value is subject to inspection; a deduction of up to 50% may apply for signs of use, missing parts or improper handling. Damaged or soiled items (e.g. stains, odours) are excluded from the 30-day guarantee.
• Limit: Applies once per customer/household per product; commercial use and tampered goods are excluded.
• Please note: This guarantee extends your statutory rights but does not replace them.

🚫 Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or unauthorised repairs are not covered.

Refunds will not be issued for items marked as delivered unless confirmed lost by the carrier.
